The Virginia Tech Police Department, in collaboration with the One Love Foundation, offers multiple programs each year to raise awareness about the warning signs of abuse and activate communities to work to change the statistics about relationship violence. Participants will leave the training better prepared to help a loved one who is going through a toxic or abusive relationship. One Love was founded in 2010 following the death of University of Virginia student, Yeardley Love, who was killed by her ex- boyfriend.
